| 摘要： | 本发明提供一种块状红糖的生产方法，包括以下步骤：(1)甘蔗榨汁；(2)原汁加热过滤；(3)滤液过滤得到糖汁；(4)糖汁浓缩得到糖蜜；(5)糖蜜起砂(6)成型。本发明方法可以实现工厂化生产原汁红糖，在压榨提汁过程中不添加渗浸水，在清净生产过程中不添加石灰、磷酸等制糖助剂来调节PH值, 避免了对蔗汁中有效成分的人为破坏，不存在添加剂残留问题，保证了产品的原汁原味。 |
